It is not enough to come to class and only do what is required physically.  One must also study, learn, meditate and incorporate Tae Kwon Do principles in order to receive the full benefit of training.

Students must continue to focus on truth and stand up for injustice. We start by being truthful to ourselves.

Students must be kind to others, help those in need, and not discriminate. Many people today help others, but not with the correct intent. Discrimination is unacceptable.

Students must focus on understanding the rules of Tae Kwon Do and work to follow them. 

Students should be respectful and appreciative of their Instructors and Parents. Students should learn and follow the rules without reminders from their Instructors.
